Requirements:

•          A proven track record as a CA on large scale Hospital or high rise residential projects .
•          Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Construction to Degree or diploma level.
•          Proven experience in managing & administrating sub-contracts.
•          A number of years local experience .
•          Excellent negotiation skills.

         Able to present and represent the company ay high level meetings.
