Our client is a global Insurance provider who are seeking a smart, savvy and self motivated Customer Service Representative with outstanding telephone and communication skills to join their team. In return you will be working with great people in a global company who provide career opportunities and lots of staff benefits.
You will provide professional and personalised service to all inbound enquiries and claims calls from existing customers. You will ensure that exceptional service is received every time and enquiries are met and resolved. This role requires relationship building skills, attention to detail, superior communication skills, analytical and problem solving abilities.
If you have at least 12 months customer service experience within a call centre environment, a desire to provide the best customer experience and the ambition to grow then this job was made for you! Intermediate MS Word & Excel is a must, and accurate keyboard skills are required. Experience with claims handling desirable but not essential.
Please note this role will be working 37.5 hrs per week on a rotating roster between 8am 8pm, Monday to Friday.
